These counselling services are built around one idea: you deserve a space where you can be honest about what you feel, and leave with more understanding than you arrived with. Choose open ended one-to-one counselling, or a focused package when you already know what you want to work on.

Individual Counselling
A one-to-one space to explore what you’re experiencing, understand recurring patterns and work through personal challenges at your own pace. Sessions can focus on emotional difficulties, relationships, self-esteem, life transitions, anxiety, stress, or simply a deeper understanding of yourself.

Self-Worth Rebuilt
A guided package for rebuilding your relationship with yourself. We explore self-criticism, comparison, people-pleasing, insecurity and the beliefs that influence how you see your own worth.

Core Beliefs: Recognition and Reset
Our core beliefs quietly shape how we interpret ourselves, other people and the world. Identify the beliefs beneath recurring thoughts and behaviours, understand where they came from, and begin to loosen the ones that no longer serve you.

Know Yourself: Your Psychological Profile
A structured exploration of your personality, emotional tendencies, strengths and areas for growth. Not a box or a label, but a clear psychological map of yourself.

Emotional Regulation Toolkit
A practical package for understanding and managing emotions. Explore triggers, bodily signals and thought patterns, and build a personalised toolkit you can return to when feelings become overwhelming.
How every journey begins
Whatever you choose, the first step is the same: a short booking request and a first session where we get to know each other. You share what brings you here, I explain how I work, and we agree together whether to continue with open sessions or a focused package. You are never locked into a choice. If something else turns out to be more important, we adapt.
Sessions are one-to-one and confidential. The pace, the depth and the topics stay in your hands. Some people want structure and practical exercises from day one. Others need time and space before anything practical makes sense. Both are completely valid ways to start.
Who these services are for
Adults who want to understand themselves better, feel steadier emotionally, step out of old patterns or simply have a place to think out loud with someone who is on their side. You don’t need to be in crisis, and you don’t need to know exactly what is wrong. Curiosity is enough.
If you are currently in crisis, please reach out to emergency support first. This practice offers ongoing therapeutic support, not urgent care.
Choosing between counselling services
Not sure which option fits? Here is a simple way to think about it. Individual counselling is open ended. It follows whatever is most alive for you each week and suits people who want ongoing support or who are not sure yet what they need. The packages are focused. Each one has a clear theme, a structure and practical exercises, which suits people who already know the area they want to work on.
You can also combine them. Many people start with a package and continue with individual counselling, or take a break from open sessions to go deeper on one theme. There is no wrong door.
