Know Yourself is a structured exploration that results in your personal psychological profile: a clear map of how you think, feel and relate.
We explore your psychological patterns, personality, emotional tendencies, strengths and areas for growth. Rather than placing you into a box or label, the aim is a clearer map of yourself, one that supports self-awareness and intentional change.
Why create a psychological profile?
Most of us know ourselves through bits and pieces: a personality quiz, feedback at work, things friends say. A psychological profile pulls these pieces together into something coherent. It helps answer questions like:
- Why do I react so strongly in some situations and not others?
- What are my real strengths, and how do I use them?
- How do I tend to handle stress, conflict and closeness?
- What drives my decisions when I am not paying attention?
- Where is my growth edge right now?
You don’t need to be struggling to benefit. Many people choose this package at a turning point: a new role, a new relationship, a big decision, or simply a wish to live more intentionally.
How your psychological profile is built
Conversation
We talk about your history, relationships, work and values. Your story is the foundation of the profile.
Reflection and questionnaires
Where useful, we use established self-report measures, for example around personality traits such as the Big Five model, alongside guided reflection exercises.
Patterns
We look at emotional tendencies, coping styles, relationship patterns and the beliefs underneath them.
Your map
You receive a written summary of your psychological profile, with strengths, growth areas and practical suggestions, and we talk it through together.
Not a label. A map you can actually use.
What the package includes
- Guided conversations about your history, relationships, work and values
- Reflection exercises and, where helpful, established self-report questionnaires
- Exploration of your coping style, emotional tendencies and relationship patterns
- A personal written summary, your map, with strengths and growth areas
- A feedback session to talk it through and plan practical next steps
Common questions
Is this like an online personality test?
Online tests give a quick snapshot. This is a conversation led exploration with a psychologist, where questionnaires are only one input and your own story carries the most weight.
Will I be given a label?
No. The aim is understanding, not categorising. Descriptions are written in plain, human language, and you are invited to question anything that doesn’t feel right.
Who is this package for?
Anyone curious about themselves: people at a crossroads, people starting a new chapter, or people who simply want to live more intentionally.
Many people say the most valuable part is finally having words for things they always sensed but could never quite explain.
What you can do with your psychological profile
Self-awareness on its own is interesting. Self-awareness you can act on is life changing. Your profile becomes a reference point for choices about work, relationships and boundaries. It helps you notice old patterns sooner and respond with more choice.
A psychological profile is not a clinical diagnosis or a formal assessment for legal or medical purposes. It is a collaborative, growth focused exploration. If something in the process suggests you would benefit from more support, we will talk about that openly.
Many people continue after this package. If your profile highlights a harsh inner critic, Self-Worth Rebuilt is a natural next step. If it points to deep patterns, Core Beliefs: Recognition and Reset goes further. If emotions are the theme, try the Emotional Regulation Toolkit. Or keep exploring through individual counselling.
